Workshops are most effective with 4 to 20 participants per facilitator. For larger groups, we can add co-facilitators or run breakout sessions to keep things interactive and impactful.

Are these leadership sessions available virtually?

Yes! We offer virtual leadership workshops using Google Meet and interactive whiteboards. LEGO® kits are shipped directly to participants so they can build and reflect in real time, no matter where they are.
