She spent several years specializing in Google Ads and knows what strong ad copy resonates. She especially enjoys helping solo business owners and small teams feel clear, confident, and in control of their marketing.

Internally, she is know for hosting team building activities, advocating for meeting and process improvements, improving customer retention, and championing organizational change, because she believes in cultivating relationships and building a positive culture at work.

Manda lives, works and plays in Dakota County, in the sount metro of Minnesota, She enjoys traveling in Apple Valley, Eagan, Lakeville, and Rosemount to eat at local restaurants, visit the libraries, go on a walk with a friend, visit family or facilitate workshops.
