Playformative is grounded in inclusivity, curiosity, empathy, and trust. Founded by Manda Hageman in 2025, we help connect in meaningful ways using play as a powerful tool, by guiding individuals and teams through change, communication, and discovery. You don’t need to be creative to benefit or know how to use LEGO® bricks. Our workshops are for anyone who wants to think differently, connect more deeply, or solve problems with more play and less pressure.
Meet Manda Hageman
Manda Hageman is the founder of Playformative and a business and marketing strategist with a deep belief in the power of guided reflection, creativity, and purposeful play.
With over 17 years of experience in digital marketing, small business ownership, and client coaching and consulting with hundreds of clients, Manda brings a unique blend of clarity, empathy, and creativity to every workshop.
Manda’s approach is grounded in inclusiveness, curiosity, empathy, trust and playfulness. She is know for cultivating and building a positive culture at work through championing organizational change, hosting team building activities and advocating for process improvements all aimed at increasing employee engagement and retention.
She creates safe, inspiring spaces where people feel seen and heard, so insights can rise and real progress can begin.
